A boy named Aminu, who lived in Tukura neighborhood in Kontagora, Niger State, had his fingers chopped off after he was suspected of being kidnapped. According to reports, the incident took place at Kontagora’s main stadium as the hoodlums descended on the young man – cutting three of his fingers in the process.
