Police identifies two London bridge attackers

Two of the three terrorists who carried out the London Bridge attack have been identified by the British police as Khuram Shazad Butt and Rachid Redouane.

The three attackers were shot dead by police on Saturday in the London Bridge attack when they killed seven people and injured 48.

27-year-old Khuram Shazad Butt, who was once featured in a BBC documentary about Islamist extremists, lived in east London with his wife and children for years, he was born in Pakistan, .

The other attacker was 30-year-old Rachid Redouane and was known to police but with no intelligence suggesting an attack.
